What is your refund policy?
    If you change your mind about a product you can return it to us. To request a return please email info@noangelnewark.co.uk with your order ID and reason to return.
    We accept returns or exchanged within 14 days of receipt. All returns must be returned with the tags attached (unworn, undamaged and no makeup stains etc). All items will be checked upon receipt and a decision will be made.
    Please note you will be responsible for the return delivery costs, and we recommend that you return your item recorded delivery as we cannot be liable for missing returns. 
    Once your item has been received you will be notified by email and a refund will be processed. Please allow at least 3 days for us to process your return. Refunds may take up to 10 days to appear on your card statement depending on your bank/credit card company.
    After 3 months we retain the right to refuse any faulty items. 
    Sale items are non returnable.

    What shipping methods do you provide?

    At No Angel Newark we provide Standard Delivery, Next Day Delivery and Saturday Delivery are all available for your purchases when using our website. We are also able to provide international delivery for those of you wishing to purchase from outside of the U.K

    Can I click and collect in-store?

    Yes, we do provide a click and collect in-store service for your purchases. When checking out simply click the collect option rather than delivery  so that we are able to process your order. We aim to have your online click and collect order ready for collection within 4 hours or by the next working day when our store is closed (after 4pm or on a Sunday). You will be notified by email and/or text message through the details you provided at check out when your order is ready for collection.
